| Monaco Monte-Carlo [ENA] | Experimental, cutting-edge choices, with a unique design personality for CRN's new megayacht . CRN, the shipbuilder part of the Ferretti Group specialised in the construction of 45 to 100 metre fully custom pleasure vessels in steel and aluminum, gave a world first sneak preview of the M/Y Atlante, the new 55-metre gem from the Ancona shipyard, at the Monaco Yacht Show.

| This superyacht is the result of the excellent work by the CRN Technical Office, which oversaw the naval design, in partnership with Studio Nuvolari Lenard, which was responsible for the exterior profile, and Studio Gilles & Boissier Interior Design which developed the interiors.

| M/Y Atlante is 55 metres in length and 11 metres wide, with an intentionally very strong stylistic identity drawing inspiration from the style elements typical of military ships. Square forms, sharp lines and innovative solutions, combined with an extraordinary attention to stylistic and aesthetic details of the interior: these are the distinctive features of Atlante, which boasts four different and original decks to discover. As well as the Owner’s Suite, Atlante features 4 VIP cabins for a total of 12 guests, alongside the 13 crew members.

| Perfectly interpreting the requirements of the Owner who explicitly requested a yacht with a strong masculine touch, inspired by an unforgettable sporting icon of the automotive industry, CRN created a vessel which truly breaks the mould. The shipyard has made no compromises in this project, once again showing its versatility in being able to offer the customer personalised design solutions and set up a competent dialogue with the most important names in the world of international design.

| There are many stylistic features requested by the Owner himself, who was personally involved in the construction right from the initial phases, providing formal input on details which recur throughout the yacht. These include innovative handrails in polished steel with a trapezoidal profile, which is reminiscent of a diamond and reflects natural light in a similar way.

| All the metal elements present in the different areas, in polished steel and burnished brass, contribute to these reflections. Another general feature desired by the Owner was to have a vessel with “open” spaces: this desire has been translated into concrete solutions which hide the mooring and safety equipment away in functional compartments and niches that are aesthetically integrated into the yacht's overall design.

| The interior is designed to create a strong sense of intimacy; every detail is carefully studied to guarantee the absolute privacy requested by the Owner. This attitude is also confirmed by the colour schemes dominating the different areas: the dark colours of the hull and superstructure are also found in the interior, where different tones of Carrara and Verona marble – from lighter colours and veining to darker colours – combine wonderfully with the tones of smoked oak skilfully mixed with brushed fir, black oak and larch. The result is an elegant superyacht which makes wood and formal choices its calling card.

| Atlante features the shipyard CRN’s caracteristics which have written the history of international yachting, reworking them to best incorporate them in the vessel's structure.

| The first characteristic feature of Atlante is boarding the vessel itself. The main access is provided directly on the lower deck from the beach club, a large area decked out for guests in light brushed fir and teak, equipped with a solarium, sunbathing area and custom-made tables. This zone is completed by two symmetrical areas which open out onto the sea, each with its own balcony: the right-hand one is devoted to relaxation, with a massage bed and a Turkish bath, while the other one on the left-hand side is dedicated to fitness, with Technogym equipment. The beach club also gives access to the engine room.

| The lower deck offers four guest cabins, which are directly connected to the main deck; they have different layouts but all boast the same smoked oak and brushed silver fir tones, white Calacatta Vagli marble with grey veins and dark grey Carnico marble, sofas and tables that are custom made, like the various styles of lamps created by French firm Pouenat, all designed by Gilles & Boissier. The lower-deck bow area contains the crew quarters, from which it is possible to access, via stairs from the main deck, the dinette equipped with dedicated access for taking on provisions via a hatch on the port side. On the opposite side of the dinette is the captain's cabin, and beyond this, the six cabins for the crew members.

| From the beach club, along a striking staircase in grey Carnico marble and teak and through a watertight glass and steel hatch, we enter the main deck, an area full of peerless stylistic and design innovations. A multi-purpose area which transforms from a technical zone to a living space, a convivial daytime area and natural continuation of the beach club, a large, comfortable home theatre or even a large party area. The garage holds 3 tenders: 1 limo tender, 1 walkaround, both custom-made 9 metre models designed by Nuvolari Lenard, in addition to a custom-made 5 metre inflatable boat. The two side hatches open mechanically upwards for the tenders to be lowered into the water by the two cranes positioned on the ceiling.

| A sliding glass door leads into the main salon, which is emblematic of Owner’s taste, a real aesthete, with his choice of dark smoked oak and light décor that gives the area a warm and welcoming effect. All interior decor and furniture/decorative lightings are custom made, designed by the capable hands of Gilles & Boissier. Tables made from fabric, wood and marble with metal legs; sofas with rosewood frames and light Loropiana fabrics. The two sides of the living area feature two sliding glass doors towards the stern which guarantee maximum privacy for the Owner and his guests from the outside, while allowing them to remain in direct contact with the sea. Large vertical windows provide suggestive light and reflections.

| The main salon also contains the only internal dining area on the whole yacht, composed of two up-and-down tables positioned on an inset Tai Ping The floor is dark oak parquet, with marble edging. A rug made of natural “abaca” fibre covers the entire surface area of the living space, while the ceiling is in leather.

| The wide corridor leads us to the Owner's Suite, contemporary and elegant in style, notable for its essential lines and colours. This environment displays all the materials and woods used on board: brushed silver and brown fir, brushed black oak, eucalyptus for the desk and coffee table, and leather panels. The full-beam Master Stateroom opens up on the right with an innovative alternative solution to including an office, with a sliding desk for the Owner's business affairs and a leather table/pouffe which also slides along rails parallel to the sofa positioned along the entire right-hand wall.

| The prestigious Suite is completed by a wall-mounted TV and desk opposite the bed, and a sofa. In the bow, the full-beam bathroomwith two side entrances for his-and-hers areas is covered entirely in dark grey Carnico marble, with a central shower cabin whose walls are in grey-veined white Calacatta Vagli marble.

| The upper deck is an “experiential” one. The vessel can also be boarded from the outside stern area, forming an alternative access to the official one via the beach club, used for particularly tall docks. Then a hydraulic masterpiece in steel and teak leads guests on board the spacious cockpit of the upper deck, featuring all custom-made furnishings: black teak sofas with light Perennials fabric which give at the same time a touch of elegance and dynamism to the areas; the up-and-down dining tables in black oak with polished steel frames, combined with removable director's chairs. The area is also equipped with a minibar and an ice maker.

| A sliding glass door of over six metres leads to the upper deck living area, where a mirrored layout of the furniture with a wonderful low table in solid wood divides the space into two. On each side there are corner couches, tables with eucalyptus and rosewood tops and custom-made lamps. The side windows have a big impact, bathing the area in light; the base of the windows features leather seating offering priceless view over the sea. The floor is dark oak parquet with marble edging. A rug in natural “abaca” fibre covers the entire surface area of the living space, while the ceiling is made of larch wood, like the wall panels.

| The upper deck lobby faces out onto two floor-to-ceiling windows that make the area particularly airy. The lobby alsofeatures a work of art by a French artist.

| An incredible uninterrupted stem-to-stern experience leads to the wheel house with Telemar integrated bridge, equipped with five interchangeable screens and touchscreen controls on glass panels. Leaving the wheel house we find ourselves at the bow, where a large living area opens out; highly elegant and innovative, its clean, straight lines are decked out in teak and allow remarkably convivial moments in total privacy. The only furnishings are represented by an up-and-down table positioned opposite to the bridge and a few removable seats around it, all of which disappear into the flush deck.

| On each sideof the table there are the bimini top poles, in gloss black-finish carbon fibre with integrated lights, which support the sun canopy; all of this is fully removable. Another significant innovation is the hatch flush with the deck which leads to the bow mooring room, which is completely hidden. The ample bow space allows touch-and-go helicopters of up to three tonnes to land, with the possibility to remove the stanchions around the entire perimeter of the area. At the bow, we find a hidden telescopic carbon-fibre pole with the lights for night-time running.

| From the stern of the upper deck, via a splendid open-riser staircase in polished steel with a glass and teak lifeline, guests can access the sundeck for some pure relaxation. The stern area is equipped for entertaining and is furnished with the same custom top-and-down tables and sofas we have already seen in the outdoor areas. At the bow, the intimate relaxation zone is composed of a sunbathing area with an electrically manoeuvrable sunshade, and a stunning swimming pool right at the bow facing out onto the sea ahead. The swimming pool is also made with all the linking elements which characterise the entire vessel, such as the trapezoidal polished steel handrail, glass and metal trim.

| The on-board entertainment system is completely integrated and controlled via iPads and iPhones, which the entire vessel is equipped with. The automation system was developed in partnership with Videoworks. Atlante is equipped with two Caterpillar 3512C engines that develop 1,230 kW @ 1800 RPM and propel the craft to a maximum speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.
